Meditation & Breaking Limits

Meditation is essentially about breaking the limits of who you think you are and awakening to the reality of who you truly are. Thoughts, emotions, limiting belief systems, traumas and the dramas that continually fill your mind create stress, anxiety, inner conflict and uncertainty, and disconnect you from the present moment and from a greater magnitude of you truly are.

Inner peace, clarity, happiness, confidence and enthusiasm are not qualities you create, but states of being that are revealed when you quiet your mind. These states are always there in the background of your experience, but your mind is usually too busy to notice.

When you get out of your own way (out of your head) you naturally start to live from your heart.

Training for your Mind

The ability to quiet the mind and let go of stressful thoughts and emotions is not something that comes naturally to most people without some kind of training. But just like any other skill, you can learn!

Meditation is a training for you mind.
