Group Training

Learning meditation and mindfulness in a group creates a strong sense of community and connection.

In addition to the support from an experienced teacher, it provides a level of support that comes from the combined presence of all participants with an aligned goal. Working in groups allows a more diverse range of questions and feedback where you learn from others experiences and they can learn from yours. Groups create a powerful environment for meditation.

In the broader vision of the Peacekeeper Project, group training demonstrates how we are not that different from others. There is an understanding that comes as you realize that many people have similar experiences. Understanding brings empathy, and empathy brings understanding.

Most conflicts are possible because one person cannot understand the standpoint of the other person. Cultivating more peace in your life, and the world, starts with finding peace inside yourself, and then the ability to understand others.
